I've never intentionally stole any themes. But sometimes if I find I'm using a very popular theme I modify it, colors and such, maybe even the layout. I never remove the original credits and linkbacks but I do note in the footer that I modified it. I have created a theme for WordPress <a href="http://cleanjs.com" title="CleanJS" rel="nofollow">CleanJS</a> too, of course not so beautiful as yours, but I would be very angry when someone would steal my work.
